I have a BFA from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Holistic Health. I am a certified practitioner and teacher of the Lauren Berry Method of medical bodywork. I am also a certified Postural Integrator. I have had a private practice in Boulder since 1979. A daily Meditation practitioner since I was 18, I am also the 1970 New York State gymnastic champion, 1st place on the rings which gives me bragging rights for life!
